From the Pastor’s Study:
My blessing for you is that you may fully realize that as a believer, the Spirit has baptized you into the body of Christ (1 Cor. 12 13). And if you have been baptized into the death, resurrection and newness of life in Jesus (Rom. 6: 4), may you be empowered to live by the Spirit (Galatians 5:16), keeping in step with the Spirit (Galatians 5:25), living by the Spirit rather than living contrary to Him (Galatians 5:17).
Oh, Lord, I pray that You will anoint each one seeking and calling upon You (Isaiah 55:6; Jeremiah 33:3). Lead them by Your Holy Spirit and set free from all legalism (Galatians 5:18). As You did in Acts 1:8, I pray that they we will all be filled with the Holy Spirit so that You may rest upon us in power to become witnesses of the life, death, and resurrection of Christ Jesus in our spheres of influence.
