Dear Church Family,

Once more, Table Time this week is coming in written form, instead of video. This has been most challenging for me.  Our hearts are to bless you in a visible way, and it is our sincere hope to return to you as soon as possible.  Here is the good news.  The Lord has been doing a deep and transforming work in us.  We have asked Him to be thorough and to bring us out of this affliction in a life altering way. By personal testimony, God is doing this.

This has been the most complicated experience of my life, because it has affected every dimension of my being; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.  I have never felt such weakness in every area all at the same time. But the words of Paul are so true. “He said to me, “My grace if sufficient for you, for my strength is made perfect in weakness” … For when I am weak, then I am strong.”  2 Cor. 12:9, 10b.

We have nothing to offer God but our weakness. But when we do, He infuses us with His strength. If there is anything we need in the day in which we live, it is what only Jesus can give. We simply do not have within ourselves what is necessary to cope with this world and to glorify the One who loves us and gave Himself for us.  The test of COVID is becoming a testimony of His incredible grace.  Please pray for us.  Our energy, appetite and health are returning.  But it is a slow process.  Thanks for letting me share my heart.  We are confident that God is doing a good work in you during our absence.  You all are appreciated and our hearts long to see you.

You are loved,

Pastor Steve and Roz
